We had an awesome time at the Cupid Undie Run, helping to raise money for the Children’s Tumor Foundation!
Cupid’s Undie Run really was a sight to behold in Buckhead last Saturday. JP, Jeannine, and Kelly (2 former co-workers from Star 94.1) all got to witness and participate in the fun. It was inspiring, liberating, and most importantly, it helped out a lot of kids who could really use it. I got to start off the race with a Braveheart-style speech. I even received the award for “Best Hype Man”! Thank you so much to every single one of the event organizers, the folks over at Children’s Tumor Foundation for all of your hard work, and all the awesome sponsors and people who came out to spread the love.
Here’s the scoop on how much fun we had when we talked about it on the air!

What is Cupid’s Undie Run?
We fund research for neurofibromatosis, or ‘NF,’ a genetic disorder that causes tumors to grow on nerves throughout the body and affects 1 in every 3,000 births. Currently, there is no cure, but together with our loyal community of supporters, we’re on a mission to change that.
We work in alliance with our partner, the Children’s Tumor Foundation (CTF), a 4-star rated charity, and the world’s leader in NF research. Since our start in 2010, our support has helped CTF generate 116 preclinical studies which have led to 16 clinical trials. One of those trials resulted in more than 70% of participants seeing their tumors shrink by 20 to 50%.
CUPID’S CHARITY HAS RAISED $18,900,000 SINCE OUR INCEPTION IN 2010 WITH 100% OF OUR NET PROCEEDS FUNDING NF RESEARCH. EVERY DOLLAR BRINGS US CLOSER TO A CURE.
